Vertical Bamboo is created when the individual strips of bamboo are placed on their sides and laminated together with environmentally friendly adhesives. You end up with a very unique linear look with subtle markings. Vertical Bamboo flooring would make a terrific floor for someone who might not want as many visible growth rings as what you see in the Horizontal.
